Who we are
Did you know that 68% of people living in Africa depend on radio as their primary source of information? In Uganda, only 10% of people use the internet.
TRAC FM includes these communities in debates on matters of public importance such as healthcare, agriculture, human rights, climate change and governance.
Our innovative platform allows radio listeners to share their opinions during live talk shows. These responses are instantly processed into real-time visualizations for talkshow hosts, fueling discussions with experts, policymakers, and the public.
The insights generated don’t just inform the discussions—they drive action. TRAC FM’s data is used in advocacy, needs assessment, and research, turning public voices into actionable solutions.
With advancements in AI, we’re enhancing feedback analysis in local languages through advanced Speech-to-text models and sentiment analysis.
By bridging the gap between citizens and decision-makers, TRAC FM strengthens democracy, fuels informed debate and provides a unique insight into the needs of communities that hold critical yet underrepresented perspectives.
