Wottazela 4.0 is a follow-up campaign after the successful
Wottazela 3.0 that ran in 2019. This campaign focused focus on the key outcomes from the opinion polls radio listeners responded to in Wottazela 3.0.

The main outcomes of the opinion polls from Wottazela 3.0 are:
- Poll One: 57% say that the main reason why some people do not have latrines is that latrine laws are not enforced.
- Poll Two: 36% say that Leaders favor some areas over others in the distribution of safe and clean water.
- Poll Three: 48% say that local leaders discourage them from participating in community water and sanitation planning activities.
TRAC FM again collaborated with HEWASA, Simavi, IRC and Radio Jubilee in Fort Portal to run 6 poll questions between March 2020 and June 2020.
Still, under the Watershed empowering citizens programme, Wottazela 4.0 collected citizen feedback in Tooro subregion through radio shows

The Watershed empowering citizens programme is a strategic
partnership between the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs (in particular
the IGG department, DSO and relevant embassies) and IRC, Simavi,
Wetlands International and Akvo. The Watershed programme started in 2016
and until 2020 it will deliver improvements in the governance and
management of water, sanitation and hygiene services as well as of the
water resources on which they draw.

Uganda among other 5 countries by strengthening the capacity of national civil society to lobby government and other WASH duty bearers. This
